This is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in!

Which, given the luxury finishes and brand-new construction, is a bit...ironic. Don't let those pretty little granite counter-tops and trimmed out walls fool you! Here's the real deal:

- Management doesn't care about you. Or you problems. Or the fact that your drains don't work. I couldn't use the bathroom in my apartment because the toilet backed up. It was a Saturday. Management's response' Use the bathroom by the gym. For the entire weekend until "sometime next week" when they "might" be able to get a plumber out.

- My AC broke last September and management's responded that this wasn't a "priority" maintenance request and they would "try" to get some out there within the next TWO weeks!

- The gates are always broken. And there have been multiple car thefts, property damages, and break-ins on the property. So much so that they had to have a property "crime meeting" last December to act like they are doing something about it. At which, the promised to hire a security guard to walk around the property at night. Which has still not appeared. Not that the security issue should be a surprise, since they will rent to absolutely anyone in a effort to fill the buildings quickly.

Bascially, it's too much work to pay such a high price to repeated criminal activity and repeated maintenance problems which take forever to get a response too and then don't last. Be forewarned: you will spend an enormous amount of time calling management, following up with management, following up management some more, and calling the police if you move in here. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy, let alone a friend.
