As you can see from the other complaints about the property, parking is a huge problem. My experience is that I returned home early in the morning (5:30am) and there was absolutely nowhere within a 6-building radius to park. All of the resident spaces and guest spaces were occupied. The only space that was available was a handicapped space. I do not make it a point to park in accessible spaces. However, I had no choice. I actually did not park in the space, just the white lined area beside it. I've lived in the building for almost a year and know that there are no handicapped residents in the building. Plus, I was only going to be home for a few hours before I left again for work. Long story short, I received a notice on my car within 3 hours stating that my "vehicle has been logged on a report...and if the violation occurs again, a citation or removal of the vehicle from the property may occur." I immediately contacted Catherine in the office to offer an explanation and get a suggestion as to what I should do next time I get home at an unusual hour. The answer she gave was, "unfortunately, parking is on a first come basis." I was told I should have tried to see if there was parking on the other side of the complex, by the carwash. If you've never been to the property, the carwash is out in the boonies and would have been quite a hike in the dark (the property isn't that well lit) to my building. Conclusion' The management cannot offer a resolution to the parking situation that has plagued the property for almost a year. Don't be fooled by the fresh-baked cookies in the leasing office...they are just a distraction to all of the underlying issues that the property is suffering from.

You obviously do not have anything else better to do. You must suffer from laziness. Everyone cannot have it all their way. Boo hoo. Are you mad b/c you got repremanded with a notice? Go eat some french cries.

The property does have major parking issues and unfortunately, the managements approach to dealing with the problem was implementing a parking pass system and creating vistor parking spaces. Herein lies the problem, the property switched managers and the manager has not bothered to enforce the parking policy. They (meaning the manager and the so called security officer) ticket innocent residents who park on the curbs because they cant find a space; however, they do not bother to tow or ticket the non-residents who are taking up the resident spots instead of using the visitor spots. I should know I am one of the residents who have received threat letters because I had to park on the curb because non residents were allowed to take resident spots.
