I moved in March 2008 and we only committed to a 6 mos lease.(Thank god) I have not had a problem w/ breakins (thank god!!!) but everything in the apartments are very old and needs to be replaced, the cabinets are basically falling off. when I moved in I tried to lift the window up and the handle fell off!!! the ceiling has water stains, bathroom was just NASTY when I moved in, I cleaned until my arms and hands were sore and still looked like I hadn't done a thing. I took pictures when I moved in because I didn't want any problems when I move out this month!

The maintance team are very unprofessional and clearly not well trained, I had to call numerous of times for something to get fixed and speaking of fixed... the gate is never working, that allows anyone to come right in freely and do whatever they pls. grounds could be kept cleaner.

Had no problem with parking(plenty) or management, other than management just doesnot seem to show concern for resident.

This person is such a LIAR!!!! That is not even anything like Garden Walk!!! How funny, they don't even have screened in porches. What ever Mr. LIAR says is B.S.!!! I live in garden Walk and since they hired this new manager last year, things have been looking a lot better than the people there before her - they all were stealing and not taking care of the residents.

WHERE DO YOU LIVE? YES THERE ARE SCREENED IN PATIOS AND I HAVE PICTURES TO SHOW JUST THAT!!I DON'T REALLY HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MANAGEMENT HOWEVER I DO FEEL THAT THERE COULD BE MORE DONE TO MAKE SURE THAT RESIDENTS HAPPY AND OK!! LIKE MAYBE HIRING A MAINTANCE CREW THAT HAS SOME KIND OF TRAINING AND KNOWS HOW TO ACTUALLY FIX THINGS!!!MAKE SURE ALL APARTMENTS LOOK LIKE THE MODELS. BEING REALLY NICE WHEN YOU CALL OR GO DOWN IS NOT THE ONLY PART OF BEING A GREAT MANAGEMENT TEAM OR MAKING A WONDERFUL LIVING ENVIROMENT FOR RESIDENTS. THIS ACTUALLY SOUNDS LIKE A MEMBER OF THE "NEW" MANAGEMENT TEAM!B/C WHAT PICTURES I HAVE POSTED IS NOT EVEN THE 1/2 OF IT. I WILL POST MORE FOR YOUR VIEWING PLEASURE! LIKE NOW THE DISHWASHER DOESNOT WORK I CALLED 4 TIMES IN 2 WEEKS TO GET IT FIXED, MAINTANCE CAME AND TURNED IT ON AND SAID ITS WORKING WHEN I EXPLAINED WHAT IT WAS DOING HE SAID I DONT KNOW AND SAID HE WOULD BE BACK AND I HAVE YET TO SEE HIM!! THE ICE MAKER DOES NOT WORK I CALLED THAT IN ALSO HE CAME SAID ITS FIXED AND TO GIVE IT 24 HR TO START WORKING ITS BEEN MORE LIKE 8000 HOURS AND NOT A DROP OF ICE YET. THE GUY ACROSS FROM ME HAS 2 BIG GRILLS IN THE BREEZE WAY AND NO ONE HAS SAID ANYTHING.THE TOILET MAKE NOISES, WHICH WAS ALSO WAS SUPPOSE TO FIXED BY THE WONDERFUL MAINTANCE CREW! EVERYTHINGS SEEMS TO BE FALLING APART! IN MY UNIT WITH THE SCREENED IN PATIO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
