Gardenwood Apartments

New Management and staff From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have been at Gardenwood since December 2005, shortly after the new management bought it. There have been alot of noticeable improvements. The place is really quiet, even if the gates are open. The staff is caring and professional. I have not had any problems with maintenance. The apartment really large and mine have a fireplace. I really like it here. Also the address is 1110 Gardenwalk Blvd College Park.
