My roommate and I have been living in Gardenwood for quite some time now... We love it! Our two bedroom deluxe is an extremely large apartment, we got new carpet and a great student discount. The maintenance is extremely fast, often coming within minutes of making a report. The staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond to assist residents. Most importantly, they offer a lot of discounts, great referral fees and even summer jobs to assist in rent!
