Gardenwood Apartments

So far so Good From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I have only been for this year but It has been a very pleasant living arrangment. I live here with my roomate we are both students and everything is working out just fine. They have a split floor plan one of the rooms is a little bit bigger than the other but not by much. It's pretty quite not a lot of loud people mostly working class families. The managment is ok. Most of them seem pretty nice. The complex manager seems kinda mean but I'm not sure. The place is clean. Pest control is here every week and they are real fast about adressing maintainence issues. Most of the time on same day. My only complaint is that twice since i've been the gatekey card reader was broken for the night. It was fixed by the morning. You had to dial to get in. and the second is that the Car wash has note been operating for a while.
