i've been staying here for a couple of months now and its a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood we havent had any problems besides parking if u get off work late like i do then when u get home all the good spots are gone and u have to park down from your apartment other than that no bugs, no prowling neighbors, no burglaries the gate does'nt work but there isn't really traffic anyway the maintenece crew are fast and efficient well i've only had to call twice but they were fast. the apartment is spacious and clean i haven't noticed any of the flaws that the previous people have stated maybe they were the problem starters after all. i haven't had any problems with the people in the rent office..YET!!. the apartments are not the best i've stayed in but they're not the worst either
