I do not live at Gateway, but I have visited a friend of mine quite a few times. So far, it seems great! Although I am not a fan of mid or high-rise apartments due to the hotel type of feel (long, impersonal corridors, closed in space, etc.), it is absolutely lovely with awesome amenities.

Now, this wouldn't be Apartment Ratings if there wasn't a little bit of criticism, right' Although there doesn't appear to be any issues right now with the property being so new... all I can say is, I'm pretty observant, so I definitely see some potential train wrecks in the future. Starting with guest parking. Right now it's on the side street, and I'm sure as occupancy increases, so will the need for more guest spaces.

We all know that too much of anything can never be good. Use that statement any way you feel. There isn't a lot of diversity there. I see quite a few young, college-age students, which (not to be stereotypical, but...) always seem to bring the party and annoyance with them wherever they go. I have yet to see a mix of ethnicity there, but then again, it is still very new to the neighborhood. We'll see what the next few months bring...
