I have lived here for three months now and I moved from out of state so I was not aware of what I was getting into. I do not feel safe leaving the grounds, even during the day, due to the surrounding elements. There is constant noise, and I even live on the back part of the building. Due to certain criteria that allow tax-credit people into the building, I can walk by anytime of the day and see men walking around with open bottles and trash scattered everywhere. To the credit of the apartment, the staff is generally friendly, though it depends on who you talk to and the maintenance staff does work very hard and promptly. However, as soon as my lease is up I will be moving. For what I am paying since I do not meet the tax cut criteria, I can and will find a much nicer, safer and diverse apartment.
