I have been a resident in Gateway for a year, and they would have to pay me a salary to stay. The staff are rude, they charge you a crazy price to use the club room and you have to pay the courtesy officers in order to use it. Everything closes at the same time as the office because the numerous courtesy officers can't keep things in order, nor the office staff. It looked great when we first moved in, and then they just started letting any and everybody move in. There have been countless car break-ins, the computers in the business center were stolen, a car was braken into and left on bricks inside of the gated parking deck. If you like to sleep at night this is definitely not the place to live. I get woken up by loud kids and adults alike running dow the hallways, bumping music, yelling and arguing, it's just like I'm living in a dorm at college. Like I said don't fall for the trap, it looks quiet, nice, and convenient, but when the sun goes down, and the office closes you are on your own.
