Yes there have a few issues at the property; but what apartment community dosen't. They recently got a new security team that's incredible, they are very visible within the building and in the parking area and give us a sense of relief. The office staff deals with alot of stress every day with some of the rude residents that we have living here, maybe some of us need to learn a little bit of manners before we decide to live in apartments below or above people. I agree that they could change some things around there but for the most part I have enjoyed my stay here. The girls in the office (Betty and Charmaine) who I have dealt with every day for the past year or so have been very pleasant. Give Gateway a try; but people let's realize that we do live in America!!!!

Are you kidding me? I'm not even a resident and I know what's going on here!! I came and visited this complex when it was first built- absolutely adorable!! knowledgeable and helpful office staff, good deal for your money, beautiful landscaping, clean parking garage and hallways, awesome lounge/business center. What happened??? I wouldn't reccomende this place to my dog!! I hate to say this, but if I were the owner I would sell so that this property could become condos. I think it's headed that way really soon....

I guess everyone is entitled to an opinion but I think you should find out for yourself. I can only speak from my own experience but I've been happy and felt taken care of.Definitely there have been some events that bothered me, but since being in Atlanta, I've not found anyplace to live that's free of issues or one where management has made everyone happy. Maybe I'm one of the lucky ones.
