I recently moved out of Gateway, bought a house. I've read what a lot of people have said, but I guess I was fortunate. It was not a perfect experience but what is' I remember getting the notices and I also remember that everytime I talked with my neighbors about it, the stories kept changing.
Some of the language and comments used on this site have made me raise an eyebrow or 2 at the persons that wrote them. I don't know. It served the purpose for me when I was there.

I am the Manager----------------------and would like to know who has registered under my name. I'm glad you had a good expeience but you should register as yourself to be credible. Since I'm responding I'd like to thank everyone for their feedback. I am very passionate about Gateway and open to anyone's opinion. It is never my desire to have anyone depart from us with a less than pleasant experience, so I thank you for the opportunity to improve our services to all.

I live at Gateway for a year. It was the worse experience ever. Constant car break-ins, occasional home break-ins, really noisy and down-right ghetto. The management, especially ---------, were always helpful. The maintenence was effecient but everything else was quiet questionable.

if the managers keep their heads out of each others ass.then this place would run more efficiently. you all think we are stupid but we know whats going on you two make that very obvious. all you bhb care about is your one man staff. WITH YOUR STANKY UPPITY ASS ATTITUDE. GUESS WHAT YOUR S$*T STANKS TOO.. LET'S WORK ON YOUR ATTITUDE AND BE MORE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.
