First I'll agree to the manager Ms. Betty and Menasa the ' Being very sweet and understanding young women, until it comes to screw-ups on their end. A few examples are: When I first moved into the complex my cars were towed a week after my stay because the guy that showed me my apartment and registered me in the system failed to provide me with a sticker for my cars. Upon coming to them for the reimbursement they agreed to reimburse me all but 20 dollars of my money. Keeping in mind that I paid 270.00 to get my cars out of impound. Next issue, I was giving a storage that belonged to someone else. I told the Manager, Celena that there were other thing in the storage and she told me to sit them out because they had just done an audit on the storages so that one belonged to No one. Well to make that story short, it ended up belonging to a young lady down the hall whom I saw trying to get into my storage and I approached her and asked her and she said that she was given this storage also. To add on to the issue, I never received my things out of the storage, they've failed to contact me to indicate what's the status and the manager lied and said that she didn't remember telling me to put the stuff out. Next incident: never pays your rent with a check in the drop box. I paid my rent 1 couple of days before the due date and it was sent back to me without any notice attached, upon arriving off a business trip. I assumed that it was sent back because I put January instead of February on it. I changed the date and dropped it back into the box on the 3rd. Of course rent is due before the 3rd. I didn't get home until that Sunday, February 3rd which is when I found the check on my hallway entrance floor. Because they got into the office on the 4th my rent is now late. Me, thinking, that because you guys returned the check for a month correction I shouldn t be charged a late fee. Well I was wrong. There was no resolution to coming together on this issue. They want their money even when they're in the wrong. I then received a call from the payment poster, Manaisa indicating that she is going to return my payment because it doesn't include the late fees. Bullcrap!!!!!! They sent my check back to me for a petty reason and now I have to pay a late fee. To add on to the mess, she said they didn't return my check the first time and she has no idea how it got back to me. I was trying to minimize the drama and I went ahead and paid all fees associated with my account and intended to leave it alone, until I remembered that upon dropping my check off a young lady saw me slide it under the door. So, what I did was pass out flyers to the whole community to see if that young lady will come forth and reply that she saw me put my payment under the door. Today 2/11/08, Manaisa calls me again and says, we never received your payment and I'm about to take further actions. No resolution to, can you fax me a copy of the money order receipts or anything. Just right off hand, Taking Action with no explanation. 2 hours later I get a call from one of the reps saying that they found my payment. He apologized when it should have been her. I felt like they have been so incompetent and upset to the fact that my whole move-in was a lie from the beginning, and they want to get me back anyway possible for their mistake.
if you move here, remember a couple of things, Never drop your payments off in the box on the 3rd. Always call the next day to verify receipt of payment and never ever, ever pay with a check in the drop box on the 3rd.
Next issue, my pipes in the house sound like a construction site. When I cut on the water. The floor vibrates in both bathrooms and the kitchen. My guest bathroom has a leak inside the wall. Maintenance is very good about making sure that they fix the issue in a 24hour timeframe. They're always prompt and accurate.
Last but not least, my upstairs neighbors are party hogs. Please keep in mind also that there are a lot of college students that live here, so I'd ask to be put in an apartment that's not surrounded by immature students.
Left out 1 thing: The trash sits in the parking lot where the cars, cats and dogs reside at night. The bin is always full and it scares me that the rates may catch on to the nastiness. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

there is help for problems like these. 1st of all tenants have the right to ask and receive 'REAL' SECURITY and pest CONTROL from the rental company. if you were to take up your cause with the media, i guarantee you you will see a 'changing of the guard' in your management office. there home company to whom you pay your rent is RAM Management. go check out their website and get the contact info and call and demand 'viable'
security for yourselves. no one deserves to have this happen to them, no matter where you live! also it does not take a rocket scientist to see that someone(s) there in your office is providing these thieves with access to your cars and homes. maybe that's the reason you have not seen any quote, "security" unquote, there. if there are armed officers there on the payroll and you still find yourselves being victimized, and the home office for RAM Management will not hear your cry......take it to the media, i'm sure they will assist you and help find you a resolution or maybe the media attention will cause RAM to step up to the plate and 'go to bat' to keep their tenants SAFER!

hey i feel ya all the way, for them to do something you have to bring media attention to it! when i was looking for apartments they showed me around the property and i was inquiring about a tax credit apratment. So they drafted up my paperwork and they told me that i was going to be placed in building 100. two days before i was to move in they switched the apartment number to building 200! i was f@%ked because i had no where to go i could find nothing in two days! when i asked ms./mrs. betty about this situation they told me that the people in building 100 changed their minds about moving out......HELLO that is the purpose of doing a 60 day notice!!!! all in all they didn't move me into the apartment that they promised me in the begining and they gave this stupid option to transfer units after the first 4 months of my stay. and guess what.......she won't call me back about it!
