first of i moved here in sept of 07 when they told me it would be ready in july! my first week of livin here there where 2 break in and 1 auto theft in this so called gated community. next while i had out of town guest over to visit who were leaving oulled there car around jumped out to give me a hug and a man jumped in the car and took off! so we had to call the police to report the car stolen and when i told gateway they did nothing about it! a few months after that our rent money was "stolen" so we had to bring proof that we had paid it, in addition they said that we would owe late fees and it was there miss hap! from there everything was down hill. the office staff has no real training, my car also was broken into and they acted like that was normal, the complex is dirty and nasty and they only take care of the first building, my dish washer has been broken for months! they want there money but wont fix things on site. the gates are always broken. Yea its close to everything but to have a year long headache with people who have no idea what they are doing and do not care about you at all pay a few extra bucks and go somewhere else!
