Gateway apartments are by far the worst managed porperties I have ever lived at and/or visited. The leasing staff is completely unprofessional and will tell you anything to get you to sign a lease.
The crime problems are through the roof. There have been 11 car breaks in, an apartment door being kicked in, and an ARMED ROBBERY in one apartments just in the last 6 months I have lived here. They claim to be a well gated community, but it clearly stops no one. They should a criminal back ground check on all tenants but they don't. So, it would not surprise me if hlf of the crime problems came from the current residents.
Aside from the crime, the apartment buildings are very dirty and not well maintained. The model apt is in the front building is cleaner, for obvious reasons, but the back building is not! Its disgusting! Its worst than living in the hood!
These are only a few complaints held true by more than just my aparment...there are many more
