Gentry's Walk has been my home for 2 and a half years now. I've always like living in this area but lately, it has felt more and more like home. There have been several managment changes but I've lived in several apartments so I know that management changes happen everywhere. You get comfortable with one staff then here comes the change. But I'm really glad that there was a change to the last managment staff. While this might sound petty, the manager always remembers my name. We don't just talk about rent, we talk about my day, my week, my life. If I ever have a problem in my apartment, she takes it on herself to make sure it's done right. It's just that sense of knowing that someone really cares about what matters to you - and they genuinely do. I can't imagine the volume of responsibility they must have dealing with hundreds or residents, work requests, new people and maintaining the community. But, I know it can't be easy so I say....thanks for a job well done!
