I've lived in this community for about a year and a half now and I can say the management has improved greatly in that time. The property looks much better and the staff is certainly a lot more capable.

The apartments themselves are pretty large for the price (which is very reasonable for the area). The interiors are clean and well-maintained, but because the property is nearly 15 years old, they tend to have more than average maintenance calls. However, the staff is usually very responsive and eager to make the resident happy.

My only recent complaint is the level of noice and the amount of loitering in the parking lots. There seems to have been an increase lately in the number of "thumping" cars and trucks and people out in groups in the parking lot after dark. Also, the management does little about noise complaints and I've frequently experienced loud music at 2 or 3 am.

I think overall, the community is a good buy for the money and I will most likely renew my lease for another year.
