I have been living at Gentry's Walk for around a year now. When I first move in, I really enjoyed the place. But lately, the area is becoming a bit noisy. My upstairs neighbors sound like they are banging a hammer on the floor every night. WHAT ARE THEY DOING'''' Also, people cruise through the parking lot blairing their music. It's so loud, I can hear the lyrics in my Apt. Also, the management is usually pretty nice, but recently there have been a few slip ups. The other month, I stopped by the office because I am now moving in with my girlfriend. I told the employee that I am moving out of my apartment and we were looking at 2 bedroom places. I asked if I needed to put something in writing or fill out a form for the moveout. I was told by a manager that they would send a reneewal notice. Well, they didn't. I went in later to ask about it, and they hassled me since I havent put a 60 day notice in writing. After I showed them the information they gave me when I came and looked at the other apartments, and brought my friends who were witnesses that heard them say that they would send a renewal notice, they let me slide. And it wasn't like I was that far under 60 days. Also, I had tried to come into the office a few other times, and there was nobody in. This happened way too much. Anyway, the apartments are pretty nice. They are unique, clean, and have HUGE bathrooms in the 1 bedroom. I overall enjoyed by time there, but they need to step up their knowledge and service a little and Gentry's walk could be great.
