Within the last month, there has a been a burglary, an attempted burglary, and two car break-ins. Granted, management has been very good about informing the residents....but since I moved in here almost 2 years ago, this place has become much more unsafe. Spend a few more bucks and live down the road in Dunwoody. Noise is a big problem, constant bass coming from cars. Seems kind of stupid, but whoever planted the trees at this place didn't know what they were doing. Two trees fell down in my area over a 1 month span last summer. ONe of them hit my car and management wouldn't do anything. Fortunately, my insurance took care of it. Needless to say, I don't park near trees anymore.
