Horrible, unsafe and regretful

We've been here for 6 out of 12 months lease and regret not checking this site before signing.
All the negative reviews posted are acurate.
The attitude of management and staff leaves a lot to be desired, reported problems are viewed as the tenant's fault.
Police have been called into the complex at least 3 times in the last month, including to a serious break in involving 2 apartments, 2 cars were stolen from the community and 2 convicts released from prision walked around the complex harrassing tenants.
The gates to the complex, car and pedestrian, are continuously broken allowing anyone to get into the complex and making use of the facilities (pool, business center and fitness center).
When reported the response was " The gates are just to reduce traffic speed not for security purpose..." Another major problem is the holes in the fences around the complex which after many complaints to be fixed either being ignored or in same cases have had a temporary and unsatisfactory solution applied.
We also found out that the management does not inform the entire community of an incident just the blocks nearby.
There appears to be no restriction applied to violent breeds of dogs, one of these dogs was seen off the lead attacking a smaller dog.
Tenants listening to loud music throughout the complex including the pool area, making you think twice of going out of the apt.
Management has sent out notices not encouraging you to walk around at night alone.
We can't wait to leave and would have left if the penalties had not been so severe.
We really hope you make a better choice that we did.
