I have been living at Gentry's Walk for around a year and 1/2 now. When I first move in, I really enjoyed the place. Ever since the new manager (Philip Wheeler)came, the quality of life has deteriorated significantly.
Burglaries, car stealing and noise people are constant problems. The gate is always opened and a lot of bad up bringing people from the surroundings come to use our pool and make it noise and dirty.
The overall maitenance is awful and the manager will say that whatever happens is the tenant's fault. He never takes any action and acts in an unprofessional maner.
We also tried to write directly to the Lincoln Property (the owners) and they never answered. It seems that nobody really cares.
I can't wait to move, I really regret to had our contract renewed.
If you want to feel safe, do not live here because as the manager says: you will be responsible for your own security!

I lived at Gentry's Walk from 2003-2005. I completely agree with this posting.
