I moved here one year ago and things didn't seem too bad. Recently things have gone to hell. We get these notices on our doors talking about criminal activity in the complex. They say our safety is in the hands of the police and ourselves and that we should go get insurance on ourselves and our belongings. I saw that someone earlier had commented on the parking spots. They are the smallest spots I've seen in my life. The sorrounding area is getting worse too. The Mobil gas station down the street looks like a crack house. They have setup a car wash run by these thugs. Theres thugs walking around everywhere. I get harassed by people when I go to the gas station saying they need rides to CVS. Its unreal.

The problem with this complex is the current management team. The leasing office rep-Maria is very argumentative, doesn't like fixing problems only makes excuses. The air conditioning unit looks like its from the 80's, doesn't cool apartment enough.....
