i plan on voiding my renewal lease which does not begin until later this year because 1st of all they raised my rent when we had agreed that they wouldn't but at the last minute they gave me some lame excuse...
2nd of all i payed my rent on the 4th and to this day (5-19-06) they have called me to tell me that they can not find my rent check!! can you believe that, after i called told them the check munber and offered to show them the stub..
they still can not figure out where it is....
Hello! 3rd i have lived there almost 2 yrs.
and they never offer to clean my carpet or anything, they were (Lincon) and are (Conor) horible....
which is why I am going to void my renewal!
