I don't get it! I've been a good tenant at Gentry's Walk. I never complained unless it's something major. I always paid my rent on time. I was good friends with my landlords for a good year and a half...
...now Gentry's Walk just got bought by the Connor group. These people just seem that they don't care about the current tenants. They wanted to raise my rent a good $110 now that it's time for me to renew! They realized it was too steep so they went down to raising my rent by $60. That's just not right. They currently don't have a standing relationship with their tennants and they treated me like they wanted to kick me out.
