i have lived here for four years. When I moved in, the management was classy and it was a classy and quiet place. The new owners the Conner Group is only about collecting money. I have seen tenants smoking drugs in front of the buildings and the management does not do anything. They do not like to repair things and if you complain they will want you to move out. They act nice to get new tenants in and offer all kinds of specials and then when you renew your lease, they raise your rent $$$$. I noticed the review from Amanda. Isn't that the girl who works in the office. Before you decide to move here, ask any resident sho has lived here for a couple of years how they like it now. Crime is high, the gates work about 20% of the time and there is no security. Check and see if there are any complaints with the BBB or Code Enforcement. I have experienced water leaks from the roof of my apt. from a # of holes for weeks, mice, and bugs. You will be sorry if you rent from Conner. The water and sewer bill for a 2 bedroom apt here averages about $60 - $82. They include in the water bill common electric and pest control. I would not reccommend Gentry's Walk. Some of my friends who lived here and bought a house and were told they had to pay rent on their apt they left vacant because they were still in a lease. They kept the keys to the apt. One day they went back to the apt and while they were still paying Conner for the apartment, Conner had new tenants in the apartment paying rent and not even changed the locks! To make it plain they were receiving rent from two separate tenants for the same unit!!! THe are the lowest of the low.

well I was considering moving here but after reading all this, I will hold off.
