Nice Apartment, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES

OKay so im a college student and i work full time...this was my first apartment. i moved in in august of 2006 and it was a total nightmare there was this stank ass curry smell in our apartment for four months and they never cleaned the carpet upon out move in. four moths later and a new manager we got our carpets cleaned but not 1 courtesy was extended to us in any way. its just like "oh im so sorry it took four attempts to get this stank ass smell out ur apartment even tho the only remedy needed was to clean the carpet and u told us that in the first place...oops!!" its now time to renew leases and the want 880...i knw of brand new apartments running for this price...now gentry's walk is nice but its damn sure not worth 880 so i am not resigning. it was 830 when i moved in. ---- gentry's walk...ur money is better off being spend elsewhere...great location tho...like i said loved the apartment but the management sucks...the maintenance is usually great...amanda is great (she works in the office) every1 else ------- sucks...oh the new manager star is mad cool...only thing is she things her "cool with u" personality can fix the issues u have with ur apartment and duh!! business doesnt work like that so ---- her too...OH YEA IF MANAGEMENT EVER READS THIS AMANDA SHOULD BE THE MANAGER>>>SHE BUSTS HER ASS AND CARES ABOUT THE RESIDENTS AND KNOWS THE PROPERTY. i cant beleive u guys fired that ---- head manager courtney and replaced her with star u should have given amanda the raise duh!! she busts hjer ass, obviously cares about the residents and creates an appeal u would want to give to consumers. star is cool too...just not the total package...HOLLERZ!! we move in april so well just deal til then

i saw every 1 elses comments about water leaks oh yea we had that too!! so did our homegirls who live on the outside of the comples...o yea!!! i never hand ANY bug problems...the onli plus
