Excellent floorplans but worst management

We have been living here since Oct 2004 and when we first moved in, the then management and staff (Lincoln company) were very good.

They were very friendly, helpful to the residents, catering to our needs.

The layout of the apartments- 1 and 2 BR are definitely worth the price.

The new company (Connor group) are the worst people I have ever interacted with.

This management are not resident-friendly and the water bills we receive currently are exorbitant (since this company took over).

If you are looking for a good floorplan minus the management then go for it, if the management really matters to you then think twice before you decide.
