Pros: Overall look, for the age of the apartments, they're pretty well kept.
I like the walk in shower feature and trey ceiling. Bugs weren't really an issue. I liked the fact that washer and dryer was included..but not crazy about stackables.

Cons: Parking spots are too small so all the larger spots are taken first and they all drive SMALL CARS! It pisses me off because I have a large car and it's hard to fit it in the tiny spots! some people also take two spots because the spots are so small.
Kinda noisy from neighbors above but thats normal..
Pool view isn't the most glamourous thing especially in the summer when school is out.
Overall it's ok here, looking forward to moving out. I don't have too many complaints here. If you have a small car and can squeeze into those microscopic spots then this is the place for you. It was a good starter home but want something better.

Would Not Recommend This Place: My friend moved here from North East three months ago. He never visited the place before moving in unfortunately due to time and distance. He was told the apartment has washers and driers little did he knew they are non-working. I saw the so called washers and driers in his room. I am telling you, they are pathetic and really sad. Management has been promising him replacement for three months. He had been driving 10 miles every week end to my place to wash his clothes. Guess what! He is paying the full rent despite having all these issues(no washer and drier, room smells bad, old rusty windows,dishwasher took two months to fix etc). He unfortunately signed a year lease and is definately considering breaking it. I think it's worth breaking the lease. I would not live there. He constantly complain of the unbearable noise from neighbors.I spent a night there and we could not sleep because the neighbor had TV full blast from 6pm till the time we left for work at 7am(24hr noise). He has reported the noise problem to management and nothing has been done.They tell you the property is gated. I have been in and out without him bazzing me in. I am however surprised to hear from him that the two people who work here are ok. To be honest the place is very convenient to his work and relatively affordable if you don't mind living with low income people.Overall not worth even worst your time to explore this place. They will go out of business soon if management don't listen to all these reviews. It takes alot to sit and write this review. I could have spent this time doing something productive. I just want management to do something for the sake of all renters
