So, we complained about this black substance on our ac vents. Well, it looks JUST like black mold. I have before and after pictures, and we have complained over and over to get them to fix it, so you know what they finally did' They spray painted over it. No cleaning it off or taking preventative measures, they just straight up spray painted it. I mean, seriously. That is a HUGE health hazard. They said it was just mildew, there is no way it was just mildew. You know what else is a little messed up' The vents that had it the worst and the ones that were turned towards the unit, like they were trying to hide it. We are going to go above the managements head and make sure we haven't been breathing poisonous mold for OVER a YEAR. Seriously.

The ONLY thing I liked about this complex was the location, the manager has always been really short with me and always on the bitchy side. The other people in the office have been alright, but it should not take a week to get someone to come look at and CLEAN our ac vents, or fix the hole in the ceiling made from the roofers, or to nail the carpet back down. I mean. These apartments are so old they are falling apart. They need to be seriously renovated and not just minorly corrected. Not to mention they are overly priced for how ------ they are. There are tons of junkies here and teenagers that are apparently getting drunk at someones place and then leaving at 2 or 3 in the morning being loud as hell. The people with kids NEVER keep an eye on their kid and they are always extremely loud. I'd advise anyone looking into these apartments to just step back and examine the complex. The apartments look alright outside, but inside and at night, total different story.
