I've lived at Gentrys Walk since January of 2003 and in that time, I have seen a steady decline.
During Lincoln Property's management tenure, Gentrys Walk was a great place to live.
Service requests were handled in a professional and timely manner.
The management was responsive and seemed to genuinely care.
The grounds were better kept, etc.
Since the Connor Group took over, it has been the exact opposite.
This place has truly turned into a dump.
Even with the $750 referral fees they're offering to acquire more residents, they still can't seem to fill the place.
...and let's not even talk about the water bill.
The Connor Group along with their partners, Heartland Regional, are running quite a scam.
The moment they took over, all of the residents water bills instantly shot up.
..and to add insult to injury, if you pay with a credit or debit card, that's an additional 8 dollars.
