It's a decent apartment. They don't take much care in making sure things stay nice. Wall patching jobs SUCK. They definitely do not have an eye for detail. Never truly felt safe there. I heard gun shots a couple weeks before I moved out at the end of my lease.

If you want cheap rent you have to trade off on the people that live in the complex, maintenance, and less then stellar emmenities.

I really didn't appreciate how the management tried to strong arm me into leasing by threatening my rent would be $50 more then someone new coming in off the street.

So you heard gunshots? It's Atlanta do you think that you are never going to hear gunshots anywhere? I don't understand people who want to move to the city and then complain about city life. As for them strong arming you about your lease, this is a business they are not your friends. The people are there to provide a service and make money. It's up to you to decide if it's worth what they charge. It clearly wasn't to you and you chose to move out so what's there to complain about?
