HORRIBLE...A NIGHTMARE....AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I currently reside in an apartment there and my advise is to not do it.
They are constantly changing staff and maintenace is horrible.
It is a very unprofessional atmosphere.
The new leasing person there name Julie takes more personal breaks and has the office close than anything else, especially if Brandy the property manager is not there.
The gated community ad is a hoax.
Majority of the time it is not working, and when it is working, not everyone has a card to get in, we have to punch in a gate code which is not safe when driving in at night with how the driveway is.
There was vandalism done out there over the weekend of July 4th with black spray paint on the side of some of the buildings, and recently our mailroom was vandalized, broken into, and mail stolen.
How safe is that' This place is a joke, a scam, liars, and desperate to do anything and say anything to get someone to rent here.
Do not let the free rent ad, and the smiling faces in the office fool you.
For the price, you find somewhere better and for the same price.

I totally agree. Gentry's Walk is horrible!! The staff is very unprofessional. I lived out here for a year now and I regret it. Please I beg you not to move out here!! For what Im paying, I can get something much nicer. The staff even have a guy out on the road with their sign trying get people to move in. The gate hit my car on the way out and put a big scratch on it. When I told the manager Brandy about it she act like she didn't even care. She just told me to let my insurance company know. So if you're thinking about coming out to Gentry's Walk, DON'T DO IT!!!!!
