A year ago I wrote a comment about coming home to find that maintenance had left my front door unlocked. I could hardly believe this myself, but a few months ago a DIFFERENT maintenance man ALSO left my front door unlocked! When I complained, the management suggested having my locks replaced, to which I agreed. However, they failed to make themselves a copy of the new key, which resulted in me having to come home to let them in when the water heater burst. I've also experienced problems recently with very noisy neighbors (at 3 a.m. I do not feel I should hear ANYTHING, much less be able to identify the song you are playing on your stereo) and trash being left in parking spots (a mattress, etc.) for several days.

I still think the apartments are nice, and I will miss some of the features of my apartment when I move. But the fact that their carelessness has jeopardized my safety on two occasions, coupled with other problems, has forced me to decide to move.
