Has gone down hill in the past 2 years From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/12/2004 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2004   lane took over the property over 2 years ago. It has been a huge down spiral ever since. Prperty looks like Section 8 property. They have gone thru 1 landscape company and the 2nd is no better. The units are run down and certainly not worth the $$. lane does not put money back into renovating the units. Walls are thin; flooring is also thin. One can hear everything. Property used to be gorgeous, pleasant and a terrific neighborhood (very little crime). That has totally turned and is now - not the safest place to be, no longer kept up (except out in the front)and has lost the neighborhood feel. By the way -if you complain...get ready to be evicted. 2 neighbors have complained about their unit, maintenance, the jungle that grows outside our doors, the noise, etc....and were invited to leave. Terrible management, maintenance and complex. I'm moving at end of lease - no longer worth the money in rent.
