BE AWARE!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response   So much for finding an awesome place. I've been GREATLY dissapointed. My apartment WAS NOT in the cleanliest of conditions when I moved in, the need for fixes/repairs fall on deaf ears, leasing office NEVER returns phone calls (you have to spend half your day calling over and over until you reach them!), walls are thin (I hear my neighbors alarm go off every morning!), "security" gate is ALWAYS broken, and I've just come across roaches!! I'm sickly disgusted with this place. Location is great but that's IT. even though I scored a great move-in special, I would have paid the additional $200/mo to live elsewhere - I highly recommend you do the same.
