Thank you very much. Unfortunately those with only negative things to say tend to be the ones who have the loadest voices. The many other residents that are very happy here don't always take a moment to say so. Thanks again!

It isn't there job to say so...it is your job to maintain the grounds and keep tenants happy. You don't really get kudos for doing otherwise.
Now, the location is great....but perhaps the management or service staff are understaffed.

It is a tribute to the staff and property that their strongest proponent listing is called "Not that bad"- It is not called "amazing property" or "Excellent Apartment" or even "Good enough" its whole basis is that there are many issues with the complex but that these issues are not that bad. Great job Glenlake and nice response- Its wonderful to hear that you are blaming those that have the loudest voices instead of addresses the concerns of the tenants in both action and in written communications. Continue to do a stellar job
