Not worth it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/27/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006 1 response   The location is excellent and so is the privacy from traffic. The unit I live in is also very private with a small patio and woods at the back. Unfortunately, that's all there is to this complex. The arrangement the management company has with varies vendors, namely, water and gas is to tenants peril. Water bill is EXTREMELY high and amounts to $40 for one person! There are many hidden cost, administrative fee at $6 and tenants are billed for common area! Rental increase is autrocious...at a rate of 15% ! It's a renter's market so do yourself a favor and shop carefully and ask a lot of questions before signing any lease.
