In the spirit of full disclosure, I will say that I have not lived here. I tried. My roommates and I were screwed by the management and shut out of the apartment six days before our move in date. The previous/current tenant was supposed to be out by the first of Jan, we were supposed to take possession the 15th. We get the money to them, credit checks, no problems... we set up utilities like we're supposed to. But as of the 8th, we're one week from move in date and we haven't heard a peep from the complex. So one of my roommates calls them... turns out, the current tenant decided not to move out, so we're screwed. Let me repeat, we never received a phone call from them, we found this out because we hunted them down. When they would have gotten around to calling us and telling us about this, is anyone's guess. But 6 days from the move in date is way too close. Luckily, I was able to cancel the utilities with no penalty charges. Its also a good thing we're all moving from living with family, so no one is going to be homeless for a period of time. The complex attempted to offer us another unit that was similar but did not have the features that made us originally sign up, but they didn't offer any type of discount, free-rent-for-a-month, or even a straight apology. Don't screw with these people. If they treated us this badly as future tenants, imagine how much worse it would be once we were locked into a one year lease'' You can do better, for the same price. Stick with a larger management company!

Sure! That would make everything all better right? This is why no work gets done in the complex, the management office is online surfing the net. Call it tenant relations I guess?????? Right....

Glenlake, this is not the forum for you to address your issues with the residents. This is a place where people write reviews for how they think you are doing. If you don't like the review, maybe you should spend your time addressing them instead of reading about them online? You don't get to defend yourself against reviews any more than an author or director does, your supposed to just let your work speak for yourself, which apparently it doesen't. Commenting after each post only make you look childish and sad, which is rather appropriate really
