DO NOT RENT FROM THESE COMPLEX From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   It's one thing to disguise legal rhetoric in lease's, it's antoher thing to lie straight to one's face. My wife and I were told SEVERAL things when interested in moving in, after signing the lease these promises became conflicts with other tenants, contractors, etc. who were also told the same things. When management was confronted they simply said those things were never mentioned. Maintenance is a constant problem and there is never any compensation even though it is always something that is breaking. The management is run by two women who either lie to you or tell you to "go read your lease". If you do move in here my advice is to get everything and I mean everything in writing. Even if you are just going up to ask a general question get them to put it in writing, they WILL try to say that said things were never mentioned. This infuriates my wife and me. The absolutely worst tenant/landlord management I have ever seen.
