hey there... i dont know what part of the complex you live in... but i have a few questions.. first off have you ever had need to call on the office or the maintenance staff??... secondly do you pay close or any attention to your bills monthly here at glenlake??.. have you never noticed your water or your gas bill??... i dont know how long you have been here.. but keep an eye on them... my bills have been mistaked and over by over $1500 in the last 3 years.... im not trying to burst your bubble or your love for your community.. its just that ive been here for over 3 years and now my stay has become engulfed with lawyer fees because of the management; ie---------------- incompetence.. hope your stay is better than mine... oh and stay out of the townhouses on the front side of the complex... they are really really sub par standards...

Hi there. I know what you're thinking: It's not the most pristine place you've ever seen, but the basics are covered adequately and you'll be fine until you buy a house or can afford a more upscale unit in this part of town. Right? Wrong.
Keep looking. There are places in the Sandy Springs/North Springs area where the rent (and move-in specials) are comparable if not better. We also moved to Glenlake because my commute was reduced from 32 miles each way to 4.
I have to say that between the bug problems, the ever-increasing utility bills and the indifference from the staff that I wish I had driven 32 miles each way for a little while longer until I found the place I'm living in now. They are friendly and ever-so attentive...until you move in. Then you're on your own.
At the very least, ask around a bit more (or at least read some reviews) before you sign.
