People will always write when they want to complain about something, rather than praise something, so I took the comments from this site with a grain of salt before I moved into Glenlake last year from California, and can tell you that I have no complaints. Not one. I love it here.
In fact when my 1 year lease comes up in June I am going to ----w it for another 2 years. I think the girls in the office are very friendly and attentive, and although may not always have the answers right off the bat, they look into it and follow up. The few times I've needed maintenance (A/C filter change, broken toilet seat, etc..) they came within 24-48 hours.
I always see them improving things around the complex so it's not like they are letting this place go to hell. ANYWHERE you live you will have issues with one thing or another, it's part of life. Some inconveniences can occur (parking lot re-pave, pool maintenance, painting, etc.. but at least it's all being taken care of.
The location is great and is close to everything you could need. The cost is great, the pool was not over run by kids in the summer, there is plenty of parking, my 2 bed/bath apartment is spacious and I sleep in peace and quiet every night. I have recommended it to two of my friends and will continue to do so. Referral fee or not, I like living at Glenlake and wouldn't suggest it to my friends if otherwise.

the only thing ive complained about are things that have drastically affected my life. my car was broken into twice, the water on the ground level of my apartment doesnt work, and i was asked to leave and then later told i had to stay or i would be sued.. so my complaints are valid.. if you dont believe me come to ----- and look at my apt. also the office wont take phone calls from me.. because i am not happy with my apt i am only allowed to write any and all requests to them..which in over 7 months my apt has been attended to once. they told me i was responsible for my own air filters and maintenance to the apt. for $1200 i would like some running water. from the kitchen i go upstairs to fill pots and pans with water to cook with.. im not trying to ----- and complain for the hell of it, i used to love it before ----- williams when i felt like i was ok where i lived.. not when i didnt feel like a prisoner.. ----- anytime after 6pm.. ill even make you a cup of coffee.

I also encountered real problems and ----- wrote me an e-mail that I can no longer discuss these problems with her or with any other stuff from the management. She just decided that she is not willing to listen anymore. I am running a buisness and I will never tell my customers that I will not listen...no matter if he is right or wrong. I didn't understand until now what she wanted to acheive with this attitude, does she want a satisfied customer or not? and BTW, the easy I complain the faster I can be forgivness - means if they had treated us properly, I would have never written these words here. But I am very, very dissapointed from the service.

I used to live in this place and I was never happy with -----'s treatment either, or actually the entire staff mis-treated us. ----(the maintenance man) was the only very nice person in that office. I'm glad i'm out of there now!

So instead of responding to our apartment issues, the office staff writes bogus reviews. Man can this be any more cookie cutter junk. Well done ----- and staff- just lie some more and steal more peoples money.

How about the fact that there was an abduction in the complex to where when I walked out of my apartment to go to church there were 8 cop cars and cops with there guns out posting up in different areas.
