I have lived here for a while now and never posted anything until now. After reading some of these negative reviews i have to say i'm sorry that you people feel that way but I have had no problems. All of my maitence issues have been taken care of and I have not had any problems with the leasing staff. I think some of you people need to realize that the apartment leasing business is not easy and they are working hard. they have always been hard working and especially now with the new ownership, they have really stepped it up! Keep in mind that the staff is small too, it's not filled with tons of people like other complexes, it is much more personal, and I like that. I have a good relationship with the staff and maitence guys too!

Its funny that a letter was sent to the head office about negative ratings on this site and they( Staff) are trying to pump the rating up. Ever heard of a TIME & DATE STAMP? The fake (good reviews) come in after the letter was submitted. Let's be a little smarter that this people everything is in black and white. It's cool to know that they are sweating bullets in the office though. LOL!!!!!
