Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I lived in Greyfield for a year (2004), and it was not an enjoyable experience. I had just moved from out of state, and I did not feel safe at all in the community. I was lead to believe that the security gate would be fixed, and it never was. Neighbors were loud and inconsiderate (my car door got hit countless times).
Mary (the manager) was okay, and Rico the maintenance guy was great. Those are the only good things I can say about the place.
I have friends in the area who live in MUCH better complexes. You could do better for the money. Also, avoid the complex across the street (Berkshires of Dunwoody) at ALL COSTS! People in my complex were always making jokes about having to wear bullet proof vests just to walk across the street!
