Q: How many residents are frustrated since the Connor Group took over their complex?
A: Its bad and getting worse at the Stratford. The property Manager, Avril, actually tried to cover for some thugs who live here. Fortunately Sandy Springs narcotics didn't take her word. Q: Will someone please tell me the truth about this property?
A: I've been here more than two years. Some of the assertions have been exaggerations, some have been truthful. There is lower crime here than most apartment complexes. Do your own research, the Sandy Springs Police post the criminal reports. Best thing, drop by the complex several times. Walk through both during daylight hours and evenings. A: NOt a problem, I would suggest Legal Aid unless she has her own attorney. I also found out that Sandra is not the person to reach, your daughter will need to contact the owner - I think her name is Sandy but she is impossible to reach and that fool Helen Brown will not be of any assistance in given you any additional information on reaching her. Q: most of the complaints are of paper thin walls. Is this true in the carriage homes or traditional?
A: this is true of carriage homes...however I think it applies to any unit in the complex. the building wall materials are not sound proof. the thin walls are most annoying in the bathrooms (for obvious reasons) and thin ceilings if you live below someone. good luck!
