Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
I've been here going on 2 yrs. and so far I have not had maintenance issues (thank goodness). The attractive assets of these apts. is price,location,hardwood flrs,and one bedrooms has washer/dryers.The apts. are older and not quite attractive but the grounds are kept clean and the office staff sends out memos and for the price if you're trying to save money this would be a good place for a single person.
