I wish I had not signed a year lease. I have NEVER lived in a place that is constantly sprayed for roaches, and it seems that the maintenance man has no clue to what needs to be done to stop the infestation. I moved here last summer and for a good month or two I never seen bugs. Then all of a sudden they are here! There doesn't come a day when I don't have to smash one or two. I have called the office and the response is always the same "I'll put you on the pest control list" I am going to start asking the bugs to pay their share of the rent!
I haven't turned my heat on this year and for some reason my gas bill still went up.

One the other hand the location is great and for the price that I pay for a one bedroom it's a good deal for someone that wants to save some money. (If you can tolerate multi-legged friends)
