I rented an apartment from Hartford Place a few years ago. I have never experienced an more worthless staff in my life! They are rude, lazy, uneducated semi-literates. I spent four days cleaning the filth in my apartment the day I moved in. Upon leaving, the apartment was spotless. One would assume I would receive at least a portion of my deposit but I was told their policy was to keep the entire deposit regardless of move-out condition. I did not experience the insect issues other have but I did receive sub-par maintenance support. The only things more frustrating than the lack of service from the staff were the drug dealers who lived below me. One positive thing I can say is that it was comically entertaining to watch the hoodlums scatter like little cockroaches whenever the police drove by...
