My friends lived in the same bldg as D-1 and I previously lived at Hartford in another bldg.for 5 yrs. I must reply to D-1 story on 4-8-03. we have recommended our friends to live here and they too can vouch that hartford is a great place. i?ve seen d-1 apt on several occassions and he should have been reported to the Health Department or the CDC because of his poor housekeeping!!! His story is complete fiction, He WAS a disgrace to our building and neighbors would also agree!! and glad he moved out.
