I dont know what all these people are talking about. Its a very nice place away from the traffic.

I have been living here for 8 months now and had no trouble.

SAFETY FIRST

It is very safe. I have seen a car burglary but my neighbors (living here for 7yrs) told me there are very few. I dont know of other crimes. But its away from the main road. I measured it as 0.3 miles from northside dr. My apt is a little inside 0.5 miles from northside so I feel very safe.

Parking

Ample parking. You can park anywhere. No covered parking though. But who needs it in Atlanta'

Noise
-----
I can hear the I75 traffic outside my apartment but inside its very calm. Even outside is not bad at all. Its just tough to talk on phone outside otherwise I sit in my patio for hours. It might be because I am right next to it. Other than traffic, its very calm.

LANDSCAPE

Very well maintained. Tall tress around.

MAINTENANCE

Staff very friendly.
But I had to tell them twice for not so urgent maintenance. But if you tell thenm nicely they will get it done.

BONUS FEATURES
---------------
Free movie club. DVDs and cassettes. Collection changes every month or so. I am having fun this summer.

Gym is okay. We are trying to get the management buy more weights. Two tread mills. Simple workout machines.

Swimming pools are really good. Well maintained. Large area around them ideal for parties. Lots of chairs to sit around.

SUGGESTIONS

Top floor is the best if you dont have too much stuff. Good view. Some people say there are more bugs on ground level and under gound level apartments. But I believe bugs are because of poor housekeeping. There were no bugs in my apartment for months and I saw two roaches yesterday. BTW my neighbors(7 yrs) have said thay had no problem living in ground level apartments.
