Advertised as the best kept secret in Atlanta, Hartford place is a very conviniently located. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and safe.

If you are planning to move in, make sure your unit is not on the I-75 or close to the rail road - noise could be annoying. Another problem that I personally was experiecing is humidity. My bedroom feels like a swamp. Maintenance staf is extremely slow. For rhe 2 years that I lived there either the car wash or the vacuum cleaner were broken most of the time. The fitness center is cheap and old. Pool is ok, but the chairs are very old. Laundry area - wait for a vacant unit on weekends. Management is not very responsive. I can go on and on but that will give you an idea...
